[openal] Questioning about linking to OS X 10.4 SDK

Hm, sorry backward compatibilty is not worth it to you. No worries. If
you'd like the patches I submit (awful non-programmer that I am) for
OS X 10.4 maybe you'd gain some respect. Otherwise your code (compared
to the ifdef's I sent the URLs to, others wrote) are not so hot. They
wirte conditional staements, which check which version of OS X is in
use, and apply the symbols in the SDK of the native OS. Your code,
tries what is in OS X 10.6+ and then fails. Clever? No so much.
