[openal] Support SOFA in OpenAL?

Hi, 

so far, I have extended openal, more precisely, makehrtf to support the AES
SOFA format (https://github.com/choene/openal-soft).

In the meantime, I have implemented a light weight SOFA reader
(https://choene.github.io/libmysofa/), which has a minimal food print and
does not need other libraries beside z.

My questions to you guys:

1) Shall I add libmysofa to the OpenAL library (not makehrtf)

2) Does somebody still need the SOFA reader based on NetCDF and HDF5 in
makehrtf? Shall this be continued?

3) May I kick out the proprietary file HRTF format of OpenAL? Who will need
this anyhow?
