[openal] Is the OpenAL 1.0 specification draft preserved anywhere?

Hello,

I am currently looking through the history of OpenAL and curiously, I 
can't find any copy of the OpenAL 1.0 specification draft, supposedly 
released by Loki in June 2000. It is mentioned in the new version, but I 
couldn't find a link to it. Is it lost to history at this point, or just 
hidden in a relatively obscure place?
