Currently OpenAL Soft processes all effects as mono. Certain ones may 
output multichannel (reverb, chorus, etc), but the effect input is mono. 
I intend to improve this for 1.18 by letting effects take B-Format 
input, so it retains 3D spatialization for effects that can deal with it.
