[openal] OpenAL Soft 1.22.2 released!

OpenAL Soft 1.22.2 is now released and available to download:

This is just a small update to fix the PipeWire runtime version check 
(it was erroneously checking for a runtime version equal to or less than 
what it was built against, instead of equal to or greater as intended), 
and to allow the PipeWire backend to build with versions prior to 0.3.33 
(it still needs to be 0.3.23 or newer). There are no other changes 
besides those two fixes.

Apologies for the inconvenience with the previous release, if you're 
using the PipeWire backend.
